Mmmm... french bread

I tried to make potato bread last night, but after cutting and heating the potatoes for use, I left them in the microwave and forgot about them. When it came time to think about tonight's dinner. I decided to skip the potatoes, throw some extra flourin, and use the french setting on the bread machine. It worked well enough. Most of it is gone.
Now, if this flare would just go away.

Date: 2015-09-02 01:30 am (UTC)It started in the right shoulder, and it seems to affect the right arm, and of course, the right leg. (I think the shoulder pain has something to do with this shoulder's new found ability to "pop" with pain. This ability seems to have extended to my left hip now. I really ought to have the physical therapist check the range of motion in the other joints, but she's mostly concerned with my right leg.)
I shouldn't have eaten both hamburgers. Lately if I do that, it results in abdominal cramping and a great need to go to the bathroom shortly afterwards. I'll probably not be able to meet my goal of not seeing my PCP this month.
I hope your flare ends soon. POTS sounds awful, and it's never fun to have someone else pick you up off the floor, especially if for the first few seconds after passing out, when you're still a bit disoriented.
