Geez that sucks! And I totally believe you about their business strategy. Anthem were total shits to me several years ago by signing me up for their Medicare against my wishes and despite the fact that I had already signed up for Kaiser Group Health. I had to throw a fit to get them to understand that Group Health was the only company that would ever see a dime from me at all since I wasn't about to switch medical teams when I'd finally got a good team, and furthermore that Anthem broke the law by signing me (and thousands of others) up without consent.
