Mmmm... french bread

I tried to make potato bread last night, but after cutting and heating the potatoes for use, I  left them in the microwave and forgot about them. When it came time to think about tonight's dinner. I decided to skip the potatoes, throw some extra flourin, and use the french setting on the bread machine.  It worked well enough. Most of it is gone.

Now, if this flare would just go away.

I can relate. I've been in a weather-induced dysautonomia flare for the past four days and my energy has been dwindling by the day.

I went to bed early last night, rather than keep gaming with housemates and friends on Minecraft, but though I managed to sleep the entire night through, I was not able to get out of bed this morning — not even to use the bathroom (though it wasn't urgent) — and ended up sleeping another four to five hours, so didn't get up till after noon. In total, I probably slept about 15 hours. Anyway, it was all I could do to make myself shower and get on the computer now.

Fortunately, it hasn't quite come to the extent of fainting, but only because I know I'm at risk, so I've been able to be careful.

I'm sorry to hear your shoulder is acting up too. Like you need another joint getting into the act. 💜 *offers very gentle, supportive hugs if wanted* 💜
