Way, way too many near crash days lately

I'm not sure why. I hope it's just my thyroid hormones being slightly off.  I had thought it was pushing myself through finals.

I think I figured it out. I was just overdoing things, and possibly a little depression was thrown in because of the outcome of a certain event.
