After calling around this morning, it seems there are two problems. One, few places actually accept the new dental insurance offered by the Healthy Indiana Plan. Two, the second problem comes from what it does cover. It does not cover teeth extraction.

Aaaargh! If the Division of Family Resources hadn't made a paperwork error two years ago, this wouldn't be a problem.
