Time to take some time out to express grattitude

I have not taken time out to properly express my gratitude to the forces, unseen or otherwise, that helped me get out of the Indiana Manpower and Comprehensive Training Program.  I know I spent a lot of time complaining about it.  Like so much else that has happened this year, it seemed unfair.

However, that is over for now and I can focus on things that might actually improve my health. I appreciate having the weight lifted. Thanks to everyone involved.

Note to self: Eating the larger meals the way I am used to is not a good idea. I need to stop doing it.

Now if disability would go through on the reconsideration phrase, that would solve the other problem that has dominated this year.
