I'm sorry you didn't get to play Minecraft, but I'll probably end up going to bed early tonight as well. I dug into my small supply of hydrocodone and that's kept the pain down. It started in the right shoulder, and it seems to affect the right arm, and of course, the right leg. (I think the shoulder pain has something to do with this shoulder's new found ability to "pop" with pain. This ability seems to have extended to my left hip now. I really ought to have the physical therapist check the range of motion in the other joints, but she's mostly concerned with my right leg.)
I shouldn't have eaten both hamburgers. Lately if I do that, it results in abdominal cramping and a great need to go to the bathroom shortly afterwards. I'll probably not be able to meet my goal of not seeing my PCP this month.
I hope your flare ends soon. POTS sounds awful, and it's never fun to have someone else pick you up off the floor, especially if for the first few seconds after passing out, when you're still a bit disoriented.
