This is why I didn't go to the Zen Center last night: I still wanted to be able to function today, even if that just meant being able to stay awake listening to books, or watching videos, or reading blog posts and managing to take melatonin on time tonight. I can't wait till my body clock stops flipping around constantly and settles out on something predictable and I start waking up feeling more rested each morning.
